What we collect

When you contact us through this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company, and message. We also record the time of submission and basic technical metadata (a hashed network identifier and browser user agent) used only to prevent abuse.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or add you to marketing lists.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in Google Cloud (Firestore) in the United States, under NativeLayer AI's account, with access limited to the people who respond to inquiries. A copy of each submission is also sent by email to our hello@ inbox so that we can reply.

How long we keep it

We retain inquiry data for 24 months after our last contact with you, after which it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and uses no third-party tracking. There is no analytics script on any page. If you choose a light or dark theme with the theme switch, that choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the next page uses it. It never leaves your device, and choosing “match system” removes it.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
