The assessment

AI readiness assessment for teams deciding what to build

Two to three weeks, fixed scope, fixed price, agreed up front. It ends with a ranked roadmap you can act on, or a written no that saves you a long project.

What the weeks look like

  1. Week 1

Map workflows and data. Talk to the people who would use the result. Name the constraints: security, access, skills.

  2. Week 2

Test feasibility against your real data and security constraints.

  3. By week 3

A ranked roadmap with effort and risk per use case, a readiness review, and a recommendation on what to build first, or a written no.

What you receive

  • A prioritized roadmap of AI use cases ranked by value and feasibility.
  • A readiness review covering data, security, and team skills.
  • A recommendation on what to build first, with effort and risk.
  • Or a written no: the use case, the blocker, and what would have to change.

What we need from you

  • Access to the systems the work depends on.
  • A named person who would use the result.
  • Someone who can decide security questions.

Platform work starts with an audit instead: what the audit covers.

Questions about the assessment

What does the assessment deliver?

A ranked roadmap of use cases with effort and risk per item, a readiness review of your data, security, and team skills, and a recommendation on what to build first, or a written no. It is fixed price and takes two to three weeks.

What if the answer is no?

Then you receive it in writing: the use case, the blocker, and what would have to change. Part of the assessment’s job is to say no to use cases that will not pay off, and we will tell you if a conventional solution is the better fit.

What happens after it?

A pilot that takes one use case to production, typically four to eight weeks, or nothing. The roadmap is yours either way. No retainer is required.

Not sure AI is the answer?

Then the assessment is the right first step. Its job includes saying no.
